PUs and above on What.cd can ask for invites in the apt section.
In case you are wondering how to join What.cd, simple.
Join their IRC chan, appear for an interview, signup if you get invited. After that, work your ass off trying to find something that is not already there and get promoted.
After you achieve that, feel free to ask for any invite you want in the invites section. :P
