Members with banned accounts have access to 1 channel, where they can speak with staff about their accounts. They access this channel only through the chat link on the home page. Non-members, and members with disabled accounts are not allowed to join the regular channels, and have no reason to. The IRC server is for members only - it's not a public forum.Quote:
