Just grabing it now, hope its good.
That was one major shock. I've seen quiet a few Cro Cop fights and to see him drop like that....WOW.
I'm amazed he can walk after his leg folded like it did...owch
Brisbing was good very dominant.
What a KO, thought Cro cop ankle was gonna pop, ouch.
underdog won again. couture, sarah, and now gonzaga.a little strange filling about that.
I think there's probably a guy (just one) still partying in Vegas because he called the KO by Gonzaga.
Seriously though, I still think there's one more upset to come. I really think Rampage is going to beat Chuck. I'm not calling a knock-out or anything, but I think he'll at least get a decision. I called the Couture fight, never saw Serra comin, never saw Gonzaga comin... And now I'm calling Rampage. We'll see. I may be WAY off here. But I sure would like to see Rampage take him down, and I'd like to see at least one huge aerial slam-ola. Nothing against Chuck, I think he's a great fighter and a good decent person. But Rampage has been a favorite of mine ever since I first heard him sit in with the PRIDE American announcing crew. Every time that guy opens his mouth, it's pure gold for the soundbite crew.

Just saw it now. Gonzaga's high kick just came out of nowhere. My jaw just dropped when it happened. Cro cop's body just went limp. Amazing. Couture better be well prepared for this guy.
Heck ya he better be prepared. Couture is my favorite fighter ever. I was really worried for him fighting Cro Cop. Nobody wants to see their hero get anihilated. And, I know I wasn't the only one worrying about Cro Cop. Now everyone's worried about Gonzaga! Gonzaga wanted to stand with Crop Cop (excellent striker). Maybe he'll want to grapple with Couture, and worst case, Randy won't get his head knocked off.
Man I felt bad for Cro Cop though. That was VISCIOUS!
So how do you think this is going to affect the betting odds in vegas? The upsets are happening all the time now. I love the sport and roll at a local gym here. You just never know what is going to happen. It only takes one slip up and your out cold. I think it keeps the sport interesting and anyone stepping into the cage has a chance no matter how unbalanced their skills seem.

:ermm: Dont know. Its a young sport....anything can happen. With all the recent upsets you can throw everything you "know" out the window. Like ive been telling people....2007 is the year of the upset: Gomi, lil Nog, Arona, Couture, GSP, Hendo and now CroCop.... :OQuote:
