This means that these invites cannot be used at this time to trade on any trading website, including FST. If you are found to be trading/giving away invites on FST, you will be disabled. However, if you do not know anyone you wish to invite, you may giveaway invites on any other private torrent website (as long as they allow it), by doing this way you can see who you are inviting (ratio, etc)
