I'm Living In Cairo,Egypt.
I'm paying about 17.5 $ per month For 512kbps down 128kbps Up.
the fastest speed is 24mbps down 1mbps up it costs about 360$ per month.

Yeah rates here suck as well.

Fastest domestic internet $150 for 2/0.5Mb unlimited (notice that's a lowercase b)

for 4 month -> 5mb/256kbps $8 :D

just got bt 8mb / 360kb for £22 no download cap.
