well death note, naruto, naruto shippuden, bleach, gungrave, Hunter X hunter, ninja scroll, one piece, Rurouni kenshin,Tales of phantasia, tales of eternia, X 1996 the movie there are a lots of good anime to watch if you got the time of course

all i watch is naruto, hardly find enough time to watch that weekly wnt b able to watch nethin else...
Elfen Lied, Haibene Renmei, Death Note, .Hack//Sign, Rurouni Kenshin and Serial Experiments Lain.. I know they are nothing like those but they have very interesting story plots.
Anime movies - Akira, Spriggan, Howls moving castle, Princess mononoke hime, Steamboy, Sky blue and Spirited away.
If you need help finding a seed for any of these just PM me and i'll upload it somewhere and seed for you.
