This first week i have an average of 22GB\Day. That makes 660GB\Month.
how do i check how much iv uploaded and dowloaded in leeware?

So double the download amount + Upload = Data traffic per month ?
maybe not exactly because you don't neccesarily want everything you download, some of it is just for uploading purboses

i can"t log in my seedbox :D
on seedboxes it's all about getting the torrents early, if u are at a large tracker with not so many seedboxes (TL) and u grab torrents up to 30min after posting, you will get great uploads, so if u sit in front of the computer all day and wait for good torrents to be posted u will always get very good stats
i download an upload a lot. once 240GB in 40 hours :(
but now on, i will use for good sites where buffering is needed like oink.
i think there is no point making high buffers in low level trackers unless u r having leeware for a week and then u wont use it again.
