There is no mention whatsoever of the css situation. Basically, what I found out after spending DAYS trying to make some VERY simple VERY basic changes to my page, is that you have to style the html through style sheets, you cannot just make whatever changes using normal html or at least the code i tried didnt' work.
so after some very unpleasant exhaustive research on style sheets, i found out how to do the simple background color change, and some other things. then that lead to what u see here

Yeah sorry, there is a grey area. It wasn't that graphic really, but there was no warning with the link.
If you put a big enough warning with the link, it's sometimes allowed.
If you want, you can put it back, but put a warning next to the link ;)
