You can't buy it, French people only.
You can't find a $30 seedbox. A low end dedicated server is usually $60.

ok what is the best and the cheap server after leeware?
hosting-ie.com is quite cheap but don't know if it's any good, dedibox, keymachine.de, hosteuropa.de
just look around, you will find many good offers
hint: look at the host names when u download, check them out, you might run into some good deals :)
