I saw a thread just like this something like two days ago. Easy answer, go with hdbits and you wont regret. Bit-hdtv and hd-bits.ro are good places to start though.
I have hdbits, bit-hdtv, and scenehd, and I think that HDBits is the best, followed by Bit-HDTV and then SceneHD. I usually find that most of the stuff appears on the sites in that order aswell.

Doesnt TL and SCT and a few other 0-day trackers post HD content as well?
Surprized I havent seen anyone mention them. I mean they dont specialize in HD but they seem to get a descent amount.
True, SCT and TL (among a few others) have HD content in interesting amount. They just cant be compared with the specialized trackers in any away, especially HDbits. Not only because of the amount but more importantly the content.
In HD the most important factor is quality. The higher, the better. TL and SCT are scene trackers. Their HD stuff is mainly scene sourced. Right now, scene doesnt equal quality in what HD is concerned. They're more interested in racing to get the releases out.
There are very few exceptions to that rule. That's a reason why HDbits is so good. Their standards are way higher and they have encoding teams that originated on the site and release there.
SceneHD.org is doing good, i really like the site.
