Lite invites - unlimited and free. But invited users becomes as «noobs». After that they can do something useful and promote to standart users. But attend: u can invite only 5 n00bs at one time. If one n00b becomes user status, u can invite another one.
Standart invites - invite normal users. You can cast this type of invites on the energy page (1 invite = 95 of energy).
VIP invites - users received this invites automatically promote to VIP. Only staff members can make this type of invites
For making invite codes go to Invitation site and choose your kind of invite.

You have to have a good ratio, and do something useful for the community, I don't know what that is. It's possbily it may just be an auto promotion.
Either way the only thing you can't do is upload torrents.
Why are you asking for level 8 and up for TR?
If you care about levels. Have you considered that TR is only Level 6? Also the invites you are giving are lite invites? whatever that means haha.
