u need to do something useful to the site but no one knows what :P
i heard u could upload files after your ratio >1.0 so i guess up some files and comment on torrents (because u cant access the forums)
I don't know if it is possible to upload torrents as a noob at all
as i said, i heard that u can only upload files if your ration is bigger then 1.0
noobs don't have access to upload even they have ratio bigger than 1.0
Also I don't see a ratio as a n00b. In fact it's messed up. Azureus shows me that my ratio should be about 2.
The stats show ↑U: 0 bytes + 653 MB (2) ↓D: 0 bytes + 12 MB (3). Is not tracking properly. That's a huge ratio and I downloaded more than 12 megs lol. However if I click on the nick name I get this.
Uploaded 0 bytes (0 bytes)
Downloaded 0 bytes (0 bytes)
So wtf? How do you become a normal user if it doesn't track your downloads and uploads properly? I guess is not based on ratio. Also if it's not tracking properly anyone can just leech as a n00b I guess.
stats will be added properly, but ratio doesn't give you promotion to user and access to upload neither
I think you just have to wait and keep on getting your upload to maybe some amount and you'll be promoted.
it may last forever :)
A friend of mine upped over 25GB and he is still n00b. Only thing is, ha said the whole 25GB where 0 + 25,XX GB
I uploaded about half a GB as n00b and have real ratio. No upload button even thoughn I'm above 1.0 ratio
So I don't really know how or why it works, or when the nightmare will end :P

Saulin, just wait. It takes a long time for the stats to update, not as long as in Demonoid though but still very long. And as far I know, till you're a n00b which is 1 star, you don't get access to forums.

Staff written that you have to do sth usefull, BUT NO ONE KNOWS WHAT! EVEN THEY!!
Nobody can enter forums, it's a bug and will be fixed soon :)

I figured out how to make the upload count finally
If you stop all your torrents from TR and refresh the stats on the site your +XXGB will be added to your real upload/download amount.
Wish I could be a user.. I have 2 stars :(

Well the benefits of being an user is that you can upload right? Much easier to build your ratio that way. Plus you can get invites to invite your friends.
Well it's counting my upload and download fine now. I have a ratio of 3.5. When it wasn't counting upload fine I had a ratio of like 45 and I had 3 stars. Now I'm back to 1 star. I guess taht you probably have to get reputation points to get promoted and to get reputation points you would need to be very active posting.
