on a serious note I can lucid dream and manipulate my dreams however I have to know that Im dreaming.. soon as I do I can just say HOT CHICK click my finger and one appears or anything I think of comes into my dream

erowid.org, that's right brotherdoobie. ;) me and my agar-agar never did succeed with the anarchist cookbook's recipe for growing magic mushrooms, and i have heard that the CIA deliberately fixed the lsd directions(by editing the original book) so you would poison yourself if you tried to make some.
but as for the topic, i recommend sensory deprivation. eventually i'll write a guide for it, but basically you need to lie under a colored light with ping pong halfs over your eyes with only white noise for listening. So all you really need to do it is the light bulb(i use blue), the ping pong ball, the razor knife to cut the ping pong ball in half, headphones, a bed, and a source of white noise(i use a spot in between radio stations, with the treble turned down).
i start "dreaming" after about 3 hours of being "under".
