Regarding those TV-rips converted to DVDR, the answer is simply "no". There is no such tracker.
But to find trackers specialised in DVDR, check the stickies for different ones.
Swedvdr? I assume they specialize in it because of their name..
Asian DVD Club <--- I find it slow though (sometimes 3-4 days to get a movie)

I never seen a TV series XviD converted to DVD. If you want TV shows in DVD format, TorrentLeech has lot of them in their Boxset categorie.
I think Nb have some and TBS too.
