There seems to be a DNS problem. OpenDNS doesn't have their IP.
Some ISPs have cached Oink's IPs. You can access the site via the IP directly, but you'll have to log in again. Warning: don't trust that I'm giving you the right IP. This could in theory be a phishing trip - you should check the DNSStuff links.

You could, in theory, add the IP to your system's hosts file if you're desperate for a torrent.

The tracker isn't down, the DNS is just screwed up somehow.
If you want a torrent from oink or just want to keep seeding, just....
- close your torrent program
- add 85.17.40.69 tracker.oink.me.uk to your windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file
- start->run->ipconfig /flushdns
- restart your torrent program

I got OiNK working perfectly fine..
some DNS server is not working there is a Thread in the main Bittorent forum.
Its ok for me.
If you are running windows, there is a easy way to fix it, for now,
go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc, there is a file there called hosts, open it in notepad, then add:
85.17.40.71 oink.me.uk
85.17.40.69 tracker.oink.me.uk
85.17.40.70 irc.oink.me.uk
