The number doesn't really mean much since I stop my torrents and never get around to removing them from my client, even after the files have been deleted.

Well running torrentfiles are saved torrentfiles. If they are in your client, I am pretty sure you can't avoid having them somewhere on your harddrive :DQuote:

Everyone should check their temp files folder. I always open torrents directly with uTorrent and I still found thousands of torrent files saved in there from everything I've ever downloaded. The folder is "C:\Documents and Settings\*username*\Local Settings\Temp" assuming you are using windows installed on your c drive.
