So, I'm in the states and, between my college, the MAFIAA, and Big Brother, I'd really like to start using a proxy server/VPN and encrypt all my traffic. But I really don't know who's reliable and whatnot, so I was hoping some of you out there might be able to point me in the right direction. I don't care if it's paid, provided it's reasonably priced (I'm thinking $10-15 or so a month). Thanks. Oh and i want to make sure that it works with Oink and TL. Thanks!

Dude, he is not asking for a seedbox. He doesn't want his torrent activity to be public and therefore wants to encrypt it.
I know but what proxy allows BT ? I may have misunderstood his question. But from what I gathered he wants a proxy he could seed threw. And the only thing I know of is a seedbox for that purpose. A good proxy for http is anonymouse.org . If he just wants to encrypt his bittorrent usage he could turn on the encryption.
As I can understand, he wants a proxy not only to seed but also to leech. Downloading from a seedbox, especially leeware doesn't give very good speeds.
True but he said cheap options leeware is very cheap. But I guess he could get a very cheap vectoral, with limited bw.
