hdbits has a nice documentaries section, and in HD too :)
bitme has documentaries as well
filelist is good, but i think that demonoid is the best for completion

And as the ppl already told you, MvGroup is the best with its own releases, Bitme is must too, BitmeTV will do too.. Demonoid for rare things is a nice addition also, and maybe check learnbits,docs.torrents.ro and elbitz ..
I use only MVGroup and Docs4you.
