My vote is for Torrentbits even though is not on the list. It was closed and started again with no torrents and check out the number of torrents and seeders already.
scn, great uploaders, awsome speeds, great layout, good staff. I only have experience at rts and scn but between the 2 scn by far, plus rts is lame.

I was at RTS for awhile and could not believe how the over-exclusivity kept the entire place at moot. No one was downloading; too scared to get hurt with the fine print rules everywhere. It was insane. They did not even have anything good. Don't get me wrong, I am not trying to bash but simply exclaim my astonishment.
Not active there for 2 weeks because they had nothing of importance and I got booted :p
