After the tribulation, our atmosphere will be darkened, making light from the moon appear the color of blood. Prophecy then states that when the moon turns to blood, the sky will open and an army of glowing objects will descend from the region of the clouds. The prophets call these objects HORSES of FIRE (light). At other times, these same prophets refer to these objects as ‘White’ Horses, or objects of white light.
But strangely, the word horse was translated from the word cuwc (a verb), which means to ‘skip’ through the air in ‘rapid’ flight. It was horses of fire that took the prophet Elijah into the sky (the same type of activity we report today).
The strange ability to ‘skip’ through the air in ‘rapid’ flight was what drew pilot Kenneth Arnold’s attention to nine metallic discs performing incredible aerodynamic feats over Mt. Ranier in 1947. The unusual craft shape, that of a wheel, and the strange flight capabilities of these objects inspired the press to call these anomalies flying saucers, later changed to unidentified flying objects or UFOs.
But here’s the clincher. The scriptural word horse, translated from a verb, only refers to the flight capability of these objects. Prophets use additional words to describe other characteristics of these craft.
These objects are also described as wheels of fire. This description of the glowing craft describes their shape, that of being circular, and denotes their rotating motion (wheels are objects that rotate). Additionally, these luminous objects are described as chariots of fire, meaning a vehicle that conveys a rider.
In other words, the terms wheels, chariots, horses of fire (light), or white horses (objects of white light) describe only one object that functions in four ways! This anomaly, capable of emitting white light, is a rotating, circular vehicle that skips through the air in rapid flight and conveys a rider!
However, the most amazing prophecy reveals that just prior to the coming of this army of Horses of Fire, a small portion of mankind will discover the actual and ‘directly stated’ identity of the occupants of these craft, and, that identity will be discovered directly from the pages of the bible itself.
