one thing i dont quite get. FTN and other such elite trackers give out invites to their users but the ban anyone who trades an account or invite... i dont get this... then how is a person gonna get in?

Yeah Brandon can't chase you for now cause he has disabled priv. But watch it cause he's really good at catching traders. I think he has some good spies that help him.
And of course trackers give invites but not to be traded and account trading is simply wrong. If you don't use an account. Give it away to someone that will use it.

Getting an invite at FTN? Well you pretty much need to know someone that is a member there that trusts you enough to give you one. It only has 5000 users so not many people have it. In other words is almost impossible.
