Ever wonder why printers are so cheap?

So they have you hooked for the ink.

Someone calculated the cost of the ink at................

you won't believe it...................

but it is true.........................

$5,200 a gal. (five thousand two hundred dollars)




So, the next time you're at the pump,
be glad your car doesn't run on
water, Scope, or Whiteout, Pepto Bismol, Nyquil
or God forbid, Printer Ink!!!!!

Well strictly speaking you can't really get a gallon of gas. Gallon is really a measure used for fluids. For gas you're really looking for a measurement of volume I would have thought.

Yeah, the average American (me) looks at our high gas prices and cringes every time I pull up to the pump. However, I became MUCH more appreciative after taking a few trips to Denmark this year and last.

After converting their Danish Kroner to our American Dollar, gas comes out to approximately $2 per liter. 4 liters per gallon = $8/gal. Now if THAT'S not ridiculous then I don't know what is! :(

Its always been high because it is heavily taxed. If a litre of petrol cost 90p, about 60 p would be duty and VAT, and the actual petrol costs about 24p.

Over here, a liter of petrol costs approx 6 NIS, which is (about) 0.692019 GBP

Use gasoline in place of standard brake fluid.
If you want to send a hawt letter, use it instead of printer ink, self correcting too.
Bad stomach? Gasoline will give quick relief.
Sort out your cold and flu symptoms with gasoline.
Thirsty? Drink a litre of gas.

See, when you work out how versatile it is, how come it is so cheap? :dabs:
