I dunno, never tried, but there are lots of cool Russian trackers, with decent content, if you know the language, it's kinda hard, but guess the same with hungarian stuff. And btw Russia have 20 millions of i-net users while Hungary just 10 millions population, so they entitled to have some huge trakers ;)

if you are going for mainstream stuff then most trackers will have it like heroes etc, ive found dhive, tleech and storrents, lm cover most stuff however since im not part of bitmetv i can't comment on the range(like how many tv shows bitmetv has on it since its given a 10 rating for content im assuming it has tonnes lol)
Give a try to http://sharetv.org/. Searching is a breeze, with pictures & resumes of all shows, breakdown by season / episode, ...

Bitgate is really great.
I think that Bitgate is excellent for a hungarian member,(for me its better than BitMeTV :D) but very slow forn non-hungarian user.
