I have a 1TB buffer on TL, but that account is 76 weeks old as well. My next highest buffer on any tracker is probably Blackcats with 100GB buffer.
Yea those 1TB buffer offered by members from countries where adsl is barely available always sounded dodgy to me as well.
/back to topic: i've never cheated because it's totally against the all idea of the BT protocol and it's never been a problem for me with 2Mbits UP to keep a ratio above 2 even on the most "hard to seed" trackers.

Aussie connections are not as bad as you might imply. The 1Mb/s upload speed is more than sufficient to get at least a 2:1 (upload:download) on most trackers (including ScT). And I agree with you that it's more than enough to maintain a good buffer to be a good user.Quote:

Personally I have never cheated and have never felt the urge to. Defeats the whole purpose of bittorrenting and sharing in general. Cheaters deserve the harsh punishment they get.

On Utorrent, i can hit 2MB/sec but then i go into 100% Disk overload and it slows back down to 1MB/sec ;)

Yeah OiNK is a little harder to seed than most. But that said you can upload your own files and it's very easy to keep a ratio. Just upload a few nice FLAC albums and you're set. My OiNK buffer is comparable to the buffer on my regular trackers this way. Love my OiNK FLAC files :).Quote:

Speeds on Exetel are pretty good aswell...i average 1.5MB/Sec on 5 torrents all up. Single torrents usually go at 700 KB/Sec :) So yeh im happy.Quote:
