Then again asking the fairly inexperienced masses the answers will be obvious- anyone who does not have ScT would like to see it lowered in value so that it would be easier to obtain; whereas anyone with ScT would like to see it raised. I suppose any naysayers could say I fall into the latter category; however, given ScT's consistent excellence I feel compelled to acknowledge its full value.
I see a few are falling into the trap of what ScT offers over how easy it is to acquire, which are 2 different things.
The poll is about the rarity of getting your hands on an ScT invite, not the quality of what ScT has in content.
ScT is the best trackwer but it aint RARE anymore just too mnay invites :(
ScT quality is excellent, but rarity fixes ut right to level 8, so the answer is NO!

Do not care much about rarity. But if only rarity counts (hopefully no), it is a Level 8. On the other hand (content, pretime) should be a Level 10. I do not care (many of us don't) getting UK-T, or FTWR, let alone they are awesome trackers.
its probably the best tracker there is . but in rarity case there are alot of users that offer it for trade
Again, as we are talking about rarity, many people still have have their invites and it should stay at level 8 for now.

Look at the other trackers on level 8 and ask yourself. which one is harder to get? Then you will know if it's in the right place or maybe it needs to go down?
Unfortunately the ratings are about rarity. There is no way Sct is harder to get than the current level 8 trackers and certainly not harder to get than the level 9 trackers or just as rare as the level 9. If the rating system was changed so that is not about rarity. Sct could be at the top for sure.
