maibe it has problems like oink had a couple of weeks ago > you coulndt log in to the page until you modified something in windows i think
snap3r... you can signup .. you just need to edit the url posted here... its not the exact one but its the one... if you knew a lil more about the tracker you would have figgered out what the proper url would be. I signed up at that site successfully last week...
