Maze have best pack and very good site
tl has very good packs from time to time
RTS has awesme packs
TL ,bitmetv and RTS
TTi is really good i think they have the best packs they have "PICK OF THE DAY" and "weekend treat" they do an amazing work there

Packs can be great but they usually have 1000s of rar files. Takes forever to unrar them on a slow computer.
I'd recommend sct though.
Lol most trackers have them I think. Some don't have many of them but TL does have bunch, BitmeTV, SCN etc...

just about every tracker has packs. i think it really depends on the uploaders. i can upload a pack everyday but if the movies suck then who gonna download it? i would say ftn and scn have the most creative packs. most of the other trackers have your run of the mill packs like the imdb packs. then others have some real nice stuff like "must see horror pack" or "gangster movie packs" or scene group packs.
