necromantic is right, you cannot do anything about the situation, don't think that trying the IRC will be successful, but should try. So, the best move - is get a new invite and start over.
i see one way.. go on irc and ask what you can do.. but i think they don't ban people for ip change.. the problem is something else..

there is link to a help channel in their login page, you don't have to be a member to get in there.
