I often serve Momo Sylla, the Celtic footballer, in the shop where I work.
He lives just round the corner.
I've met the English sprinters Darren Campbell and Mark Lewis-Francis
oh yeah i forgot, famous athletes too.
i met johnny knoxville from "jackass" at a dance club one time, but i hadn't seen his show at the time. so i probably would've been more impressed if i had a better idea about who he was. :P
and i met mark mcgwire (american baseball player who holds the record for most home-runs in one year), but that was when i was a young kid and he was only a local celebrity at that time.
well;
a got a hug from "big daddy", aka, shirley crabtree.
a kiss and hug from "tim wheeler" and had my piccy taken with him.
i've spoken to "evan dando" earlier this year, but also seen him in a beer tent a few years ago.

I have been close to Eminem and Proof when they came passed the fences on the 'up in smoke tour'. That was years ago though and I weren't allowed to go in the concert as I was to young.

going slightly off topic,ahem... anyone know why the pic under my post wont show.

Last time I posted anyone famous, that I met, nobody knew who I was talking about.
One time I was having dinner with my wife at a restaurant, and the kid who stars in "Boy Meets World" sat at a table across from us. I didn't interrupt his meal, being that he probably came there to eat peacefully, like me and my wife were. Although she kept pestering me to get a picture or autograph from him. I insisted that we should just leave him (and his 'body gaurd'?) alone.
If i have put a smile on one persons face today my work is done :DQuote:

Maybe you don't know them, but I shook hands with the Queen of the Netherlands as she boarded the ship on which I served. Her nephew was serving on that ship as well.
Also met Kim Wilde in the eighties. My dreams were a lot hotter afterwards
I thought I saw Triple H walking on the sunset strip in Hollywood about a year ago. Also while I was in Vegas watching some dumb Howard Stern Wedding at the Hard Rock Cafe, I waited outside afterwards and got withing about 10 feet of Howard when he walked by. It was a weird show because they lost power for some unknown reason and had to go off the air during the middle of the show for a little while.
That would've been Cool B) , one of my all time favourite wrestlers!!Quote:

Nope!
Amando Snurdington - Bygreaves played a plant like monster in the terryfing Sci Fi movie adaptation of Johm Wyndham's book "The Day of The Triffids". He starred opposite Keiron Moore. Armando appeared in several different scenes and as several different Triffid characters including the Lead Triffid! There was talk about some kind of nomination for a nomination for something or other.... due to his outstanding performance - he was that f*cking good!
shit, did you get his autograph man and get to "mull over" his roles and plot lines in the films?Quote:
