Don't be surprised, or shocked, that no-one answers your requests, you have asked for diamonds and are offering moissanite in return.
You need to get some experience under your belt, and get involved in the forum, and maybe in a month or so you will have a better understanding of what you are asking, and how to achieve your aims.
I am surprised that he waited the extra week.
