any OINK mods? need help

hi,
i got banned from OINK yesterday for charge " selling invite in ebay",
try to talk in the oink chat with mod in i got banned there without even explaine myself,

1)my username there is "starkiller"
2)got good ratio 3.9, up more the 100GB
3)above a 40+ week acount
4)i have my seedbox helping me seeding there

i don't have any ebay account, never had,

i don't know who told them, don't know when,
the problem is they don't want to listen


again,
i didn't sell any OINK invite, never will, im a member of ISC and we never sell invite !

No kidding. That's laughable.

Best bet is to start over. Those chumps can't get anything right. They're a stain on the community.

Well I would think that to catch someone selling invites they would have to buy one invite and then ban the account. Or how else would they know that someone was selling invites? I think you are SOL dude. You need to start over.

Seems kind of crazy that they would do that but the other method is with spies. Someone bought the invite and reported the account selling them. I would think that before you get banned for something like that they must have some good proof first.

Just remember that Oink does not mess around. You might as well start from scratch.

btw, i did invite just one person last month (from here) so .... i don't andrestand the way the work

it's pretty hard to start over there , i got static ip so the bann me for ever :(

i think Oink don't allow you to get back acc.. they are very strict.. i think it's impossible to get back acc.. but i think you can try explaining problem however..

I believe your invitee forwarded your invite to the ebay in order to sell it...

I had invited a person here on another tracker a few days ago and he forwarded my free invite to another one so as to trade it.

I was lucky he didn't trade it via ebay for money, because in that case I would have also been banned as an invite seller... I just lost my invites.

If you have a seedbox, start over and access the site through the box, and request an new IP from your ISP. It usually takes a while, but I've heard they do it for security considerations, and in the meantime, you can always access the site through the box. A lot more productive use of your time than trying to talk to Oink staff.

they banned my account and said i was cheating i was uploading at 25KB/s i paused all the other torrents to upload to that site and this what they did to me. i went to the irc channel they after asking for help some idiot banned me form there also. that is just not fair to a member.
