You can just get him disabled in BitMeTV, contact staff and make something up before he gets you disabled.

i cant even think of a way to fix it...
if you try getting him disabled, he will go to the bitmetv help chan and have you disabled more easily.
Never trade a BMTV - invite. Or be more careful...way more careful... Bad things happen sometime and in this case I clearly see the "Victim - theory".

apparently his IP address was flagged @ bmtv, because he got banned @ bmtv within hours of joining, and his inviter got banned too. He'd been banned there for cheating on at least two other accounts. (ISHAN/ISHAN1989/CNCROCKERPLAYER/CNCPLAYER). It seems that his IP range is flagged and all new accounts signing up in those ranges are examined by staff, and not just at bitmetv, but at several trackers
