"BitTorrent is still the most popular Internet protocol and especially in Germany where it owns an impressive percentage of users. According to Ipoque, the peer-to-peer network traffic represents 30 percent of the total Internet traffic recorded every day and 70 percent of the night traffic. BitTorrent is the most popular protocol with 53.13 percent while eDonkey comes on the second place with 43.09 percent. The research conducted by the same company revealed that no less than 71.13 percent of the entire BitTorrent traffic concerns video content while 20.74 percent transfers software solutions.

What's most interesting is that most of the users connected on the BitTorrent protocol share movies (21.24 percent), 15.04 percent of them share porn clips while 22.30 percent are focused on music files."

Or maybe it's that BT use remains constant throughout the 24 hour day and other traffic subsides at night. Or a combination of the two.

If its only porn that gets used in that percentage its weird

I think they mean about a third of "night traffic" is BT traffic, not 70%.
Wonder what time zone this traffic was related to.

I was referring to that fact that just that this percentage represents that a a lot people are Dling a lot of crap. The fact that this happens on a nightly bases, well that just means that everyone is Dling all the time.

A steady and security platform even network basement are needed for BT protocol!
