as what i saw in SCC , there is only around 2 K torrents at general .

OiNK is the best. SCC is shit and fair enough it may have alot of new apps but so does OiNK plus OiNK has alot of older programs which are seeded well. SCC does not compare with OiNK. After OiNK it would be either Torrentleech or Demonoid (i cant decide which one)

i think what kooftspc11 needs is a tracker which can signed up easily.All of you say oink, scc but registering to such trackers is nearly impossible.I suggest you bitsoup.org, iptorrents.com, arenabg.com and midnight torrents.You can easily sign up to these sites and find lots of quality stuff...
Got to say demonoid more than torrentleech. Havent tried oink.
Since Oink has allowed apps to be upped, it dominates. But you should start at Demonoid. Very easy to get an invite and TONS of stuff.
SCC is the best tracker for 0sec apps :) and ST have nice collection of apps too and TL too
