Need SomeOne Talented - Reward for the Help- Pop-IN

OK it goes like this:

I need someone very talented who knows good PHP and flash - web design basically.
I need 3 customized layouts.
The subject is music artist- hip-hop/reggae/R&B singer (my friend), and I need it customized - means I know a lot of sites who offers flash/html myspace layouts and I don't need someone to copy them.
All I need is 3 Flash well designed layouts- and in all those layouts I need the same customized banner.
The one who control well php and flash -- cause I want php system - php retrieve information from myspace and php array to those who understand= I don't want it as pictures who aren't updated available(I can direct to some links I got) -- please turn to pm for more info.
So for concloution:
3 customized flash well designed layouts (myspace)
1 customized flash well designed banner/Icon
I will provide pictures and direct the guy to one profile which I liked and maybe one of the profile he will create will be same+some changes.
This guy is serius about what he ios doing, so this is means not Jay-Z layouts or stuff like that - 100% artist focus + some music elements.

So you all probably thinking I gone mad, But I post it here cause I'm willing to reward the guy with some account/invites I got- not shitty stuff, but please don't call it a trade cause it's aint - I need searius help and as a reward for the hard work I reward the guy with some of what I got.

maybe it's too much to ask maybe not, but again i'm rewarding the guy with stuff I have that he desire so it's kinda equal.
