There is no filename with halo 3 on usenet, so unless it is disguised then no - it's not on usenet yet.
its leaked, but if u use it ur xbox will be banned until the year 10,000

I think the main reason they caught the guy is cause he was trying to play the actual game over xbox live. You can be signed into xbox live while playing campaign and such and I doubt it would have been an issue.
I still need to purchase an Xbox 360 so I can play Halo 3 come November. I swear to God if they push back the release date any longer I'm going to chop something! :P

BTW the game is really good from what ive played if it so far. I was one of the lucky million or so people who got to play the beta for a month or so... 1 new feature that I like is you can save the video footage of the game for replaying later.. ;)
