Big deal script kiddie.
HOw do I add it to PeerGUardian list?
-------------
nevermind :)
Open the Guardian.p2p file with notepad and add or just add from the PG window when the program is running after selecting show IP's.
A prime example of how innocent IPs get blocked by PG all the time.
The script kiddie will probably already have dropped that IP and it may have been assigned to some unsuspecting innocent, who you now wish to block.
Seems to me that most of the hacker activity occurs out there anyway, at least thats what I've heard.
oK I AM new so sorry but how do I protect myself from those people? Where do I get peer guardian and what else can I do to protect myself?
run a search for it on kazaa, or on google. Then there are plenty of other posts and faqs out on the net that will guide you from there on.

I agree not a hacker at all just a user with remote access to your comp lol
download Peer Guardian here
http://xs.tech.nu/pg/PeerGuardian_1.97b.zip
(right click and save target as)
Peer Guardian cant protect you unless u type in the IP you want to block....so its not going to stop hackers because u dont know there IP's before they attack. To Protect from hackers get Norton Personal Firewall and turn on ur windows firewalls. You might wanna download other firewalls also like Zone Alarm or something else.
Download list of IP's for Peer Guardian here....It updates almost every day so update it like every week.

if you have a firewall you should be ok. just do a virus scan and you'll be ok. the netbus trojan is an older one and very easy to get rid of kinda like subseven. any antivirus would pick it up.
hey shad0w.. thats the best avatar i've ever seen. lol.
great avatar
wats a script kiddie?
Ummm.... You don't attack someone with a trojan.Quote:

That's not how it works at all.
Some one has to download a file and execute it or allow it to execute.
Then the file either sends out information or you have to do a wide area scan to see if it answers.
Chances are pretty high that some unsuspecting kazaa user would have downloaded and installed this trojan alone or as part of a software install.
It may be calling home on the kaza ports and so the hacker or script kiddie widens his search based on that.
A firewall is good, a variety of firewalls is better and will stop this nonsense dead.
I'm sure Norton AntiVirus and ZoneAlarm will keep me safe at all costs. :beerchug:
I didn't block that ip i just posted to tell people that that person is hacking computers on kazaa.
Also on another note norton detected it self as a potential attack lol
Are u being facetious? ;)Quote:
