here in the states, it's another way to say "whorish" or "easy" although it can mean the other definition of "cheap" too.

I lived in liverpool and have one thing to say about the slut's there "Butter me arse, kid!" My housemate heard that from one of the locals and then none of us could chirps any of them without cracking up... plus the Scally's look nice but wait untill you hear them try to speak omfg..... lol
