Yes, Divine users (terabyters) who have 50 points (not that hard), and it is open for 1 week only.

Summarizing: "If you don't spread this in any form at forums etc, we're gonna let you invite your friends. This will be available to Divine users and above for a week. If they handle it the right way, Exalted users will be given the same opportunity."
