I think, it's like demonoid, isn't it? :D it has not very good torrents package, but user boost is very high at this month ;)

I think taht tracker has nothing to do with demonoid (except for the looks).
And bcs it's not english it doesn't even have the chance to ever have a community like demonoid's
It is a nicely done copy without a doubt, but it's in looks only. Whoever has started this tracker I wish good luck to them, but it's presumptuous to call it "Demonoid's brother" because the only thing it has in common is a (likely stolen) similar design and color-scheme.
