season 2 is the nuts - but thus far (2 pre air eps in) not as good as the second bewk, which is the uber nuts and is messed roight the flip up :no:

Dexter > God

The 1st series of Dexter was the best thing I've seen from American TV for like ages.

Just so's you know, the file I downloaded from Pisexy showed as being corrupted. Downloaded the one from Filelist and it didn't.

Chars, I'll grab the 1st season and check em out ;)

It really is brilliant.

Dexter is a really good show I'm 2/3rds of the way through the first season right now and am quite addicted. Showtime are really onto a good trifecta at the moment with Dexter, Weeds and Californication.

ewe newbs should read the second book, i know readings totally lame and stewpid but its a completely different story to the second season, the books more grewsum too, but you can't actually see any of it cos its all in words and stuff :smilie4:

there's this guy called dr danco who was in Sarajevo and tortured people for the US military (off the record lyke) and what made him special is that he could do terrible things without feeling anything, what he'd do is administer his victims a local anaesthetic and remove a piece of them at a time while they were conscious and the really fucked up bit in the book is: dexter and his sister respond to this call at a house where there's cops throwing up outside the house and a really horrible howling/yodelling noise of a dog coming from indoors, dexters all lyke wtf lol so he and deb go inside the old house to find on the table a man with no legs, no arms , no rude parts, no tongue, no eye lids, nothing more than a torso, neck and head with no features, he cut of the eye lids too so the guy (still alive and making a terrible howling/yodelling sound) is just stuck there, his eyes rolling up and down and there was a mirror in front of the table and he was made to watch it all :sick:

I love Dexter and I love reading and yet I haven't made this connection yet? Shame on me.. :O
