And you've got to be like 27 to legally have a drink. Also in Amsterdam the age where it's practically compulsory to have sex is 14. Whereas in Vegas you can forget any notion of a decent buggery session.

In essence Vegas has legalised, sanitized gambling with fat people playing gaming machines then going to see cheesy stage shows. Amsterdam has sex, drugs and rock and roll, on tap, 24/7.

On another note, I just watched a russian film at the cinema with the wifey.. 'daywatch' It's quality....best to watch 'nightwatch' first though ;)

Seen it. Couldn't find a dece+nu
ssiont version but I still liked it. It was either really badly s7ubtitled and I had to practice my russian to get the full interpretation or really badly dubbed with americana non-translattion.

I'm not sure. I can speak a little Russian so the version with the totally awful subs pissed me off because they were not translating it right and I don't have enough comprehension to understand totally. The other version was dubbed with really unsuitable american accents and took out some of the atmospherics. I'd resigned myself to going and relearning some russian to get the whole effect!
