2 days ago they sent a mail saying that they lost 10 gb data center and this is the translation of the mail

and since that time my server went crazy and i can't get 100 KB download or upload

Looks like one of their routes has gone down. Be patient, I'm sure they'll fix it.

My upload still slow there other thing i couldnt launch Utorrent till i renamed it its like a kill script prevent it from working any idea?

When you say "slow", what speeds?

12 torrents with many leechers and only 80K/s upload

yeah keyweb and hosting ie have many problems now

my friend's server from hosting-ie max up speed is 30 KB only ;)

yeah, shits fucked up. it sucks

I have access to a Hosting-IE box and it has no problems doing 30mbit+.

very slow but some time be fast don't know the problem but i hope they fix it soon
