TiT has almost been back for over a year. what makes so sure they are almost back now?

from what I heard it was taken down or it had to close! eather way it was because of a anti-P2P group. I believe it was back in 05 that it closed. since about a year ago they claim they are coming back but as you can see they rarely update their site, so I'm not going to hold my breath.
hasnt been any updates on the page since feb :o

This site is such a joke, they were supposed to open re-open last year, maybe they will re-open in time for my great grandchildren can enjoy this "legendary tracker," its ridiculous, the site had the same releases as everyone else, all it really has going for it is a cool theme.
