In my opinion no other site can replace OiNK, only eMule (other protocol) can offer such diversity.
Yeah Blackbird - downloading music at 50kbps bitrate and 1\4 songs are with some kinds of viruses .

Start using Soulseek... It's the best there is.
Well my main use of Oink was lossless stuff, so it's going to be missed since E**** and Pedro's tracker cater for a pretty narrow band of music. As Orions says, only eMule can offer the same diversity, although often at a much reduced speed.
i miss OiNK so much =(
now since they are down i think i will be more active in perhaps Kray or MusicVid or TR...but then Demonoid is probably best alternative.

i havent tried soulseek i would like to but couldnt get it to work the first time so gave up.
but limewire has the biggest selection of songs right now (i think) you can get absolutely any song there. maybe bigger than oink?? but for me limewire (if i cant find what i want), TL and TT is enough

No they should revive oink under a different name on a different URL..assuming they have backup content.
