Was an IRC channel a loooong time ago, but was a flop. Nothing currently exists.
About a year ago (maybe a few months less) we did have like a chat box kind of thing in the lounge. I'm not quite sure why it was taken out it was pretty fun.
There is always the FST room on soulseek which I've seen with anything up to 8 people on!

Oi Skizo it wasn't a total flop.. The room existed and was active for a good year or so.. Even more, till we moved to VBulletin. Plus the chatroom had other sections (trivia etc..). I was on there quite a lot.. Liked it.
KLchat was quite busy for a while.
I kinda moved to Scotland because of it :lol:

If there is enough animo and FST.com is not interested in hosting a server itself, but would support the idea in principle..well it wouldn't be to difficult to set up an irc server especially for the Lounge-Lizards...erm Wolves.. it would need a few "mods" to help..so that means time to spare ...that's all that is necessary....and a little help from rossco to make a connect icon, here in the Lounge...

We had that chat box at the top of the board last year but it crashed stuff and people kept trying to recreate the numbers thread in it so it was a bit dull sometimes. I managed a great piece of self pwnage in there though. :naughty:

I could offer some hosting for a trial period..it will be clear relatively quickly if there is enough animo for it..and well...all you need is to choose a name for the server. ..Perhaps hold a poll in the BitTorrent section ...
