I know y would u want that shit that program could be the death of bittorrent. Now look if everyone just up and start using that version the everybody will just be leechers no seeders so then u can thank that version of bittorent for that. If i knew where to get I wouldn't tell u.

I got it but dont use it, and the site is dead now where you get it form haha, and no im not sedning you it, your a leech.

what does it do? disable uploading?
Why not just get the experimental BT client.You can limit the upload a bit .This one is good for people like me who have an upload/download limit.I don't cut it down alot but if people are uploading at 100k's or something it doesn't take me long to hit a 20 gig limit upload. I hit it last month and my ISP slowed me down slower than dial up.

well all the other trackers out there allow you to limit your uploads.
Burst 10KBs minumum
Experimental 3KBs minimum i think
PTC 1KBs minimum (which is bad in my books anyway)
and jerk 0 KBs but you can still upload at a fast speed.
its only when i started seeding torrents that i realised how bad this can get, i have my own tracker now as well so its a little bit easier to keep track off, but yesterday someone was getting PS2 Bloodrayne off me, their download was 450MB and there upload was only 9MBs. and that was in 9 hours of being connected. now to me that looks like the PTC client he is using and setting it to 1KBs which is bad enough, but if he was using jerk he would have had 0MB ul.
must admit this pissed me off a lot, and if i see it happening a lot, i might have to get myself peergaurdian again and start blocking IPs.

Theres no point in sharing tho if were on a 56k modem, seriously. I would share if I had a broadband connection, however downloading files at 1kbs isnt funny, cos Im sharing at the same time Im downloading.
So I think this program is good, even if Im considered a leecher.
