yes its easy when u have more than 1 MB/s upload speed...i have seen even worst than this :P
So what chance have others got of getting close to 1:1 seeding back that torrent when you have done enough for over 100 leechers?

overseeding is indeed one of the biggest problems on many bt sites today. and it's a vicious circle. you shouldn't be too proud of a high buffer. there will come a time pretty soon when tracker also demand a certain amount of download.

Unless you're the uploader and you're making sure that the torrent is well seeded before you upload the next thing, then I really don't see the point in seeding till that point! Overseeding is not good, it makes it very hard for anyone else to maintain a decent ratio.

There is no rational incentive to announce to the world that one uploaded a gross amount of a file already well-seeded (i.e. 100+ seeds...) in a private tracker other than the instant pleasure one gets when egotistically praising oneself for a relatively easy thing to do, given the quality of the Christmas present (i.e. the seedbox) from Mum and Dad...
In other words, I agree with SgtMajor, lilpiggie, kooftspc11, etc. in that there is no reason to seed that much, unless you are the first seeder of course, let alone boast about it on a filesharing forum.
