It depends on the console I suppose, but I'd say UG is gonna cover the most ground.
It's slow, but I guess it could be worse since the old school files typically aren't as big as the newer consoles games.

TL has a good psp games section, but i generally use RS for psp games, but since its offtopic to bittorent, its irrevelant :)
