torrentbits.ro isnt too bad, and its open signup aswell :)
RevolutionTT & SuperTorrents fit the "no wait time" IIRC.

wow it looks like people are randomly naming off trackers more then anything else. the top two best 0day trackers currently are:
scc and sct
scc is easy to get into so i'd aim for it if i where you. ;)
well i pointed him towards torrentbits.ro which is open signup, so he can easily get in
yeap scc chronic and tbits and zamunda is enough
If you need an open signup 0day tracker, try BitSoup. FTW but sucky speeds or so I've heard.
